Logos Software has a couple of great new projects in the works but needs sufficient advance orders to make them viable. These projects are:
The Collected Works of John Henry Newman. Newman, as I have argued before on this blog, is singularly important to a correct understanding of nineteenth century religious thought and modern Roman Catholicism. His rapier wit and beautiful prose are also always entertaining. For those raised on the barbaric writing styles of Van Til, Radical Orthodoxy, and Barthians too numerous to name, this is proof that theological writing does not have to involve crimes against clarity and elegance.
The Reformed Dogmatics of Geerhardus Vos. Vos is well-known as one of the architects of modern Reformed biblical theology but he also wrote a Dogmatics in Dutch. This project will represent (I think) the first English translation.
Logos does not charge credit cards until the works are completed and dispatched, so please consider placing an advanced order in order to make these projects possible.
