The Afterlife

What happens when a believer dies? It's a good question which, sadly, many Christians are confused about. It's not that the Bible is not clear about the matter, but getting all of the details straight can be difficult. Thankfully, Rick Phillips gives much help on this vital subject in his booklet entitled What Happens after Death in the Basics of the Faith series published by P&R. As I read this booklet I was blessed by the clarity and pastoral warmth of Rick's writing and most of all pleased with the sound and scriptural way in which he presents the material.

This booklet is one that every pastor should have on his bookshelf and one which every Christian in the pew should own for themselves.
