Multi site and the Lord's supper?

I've never been to a multi site church, I'm not really sure what one is. In fact as I think about it  apart from a couple of conferences I've never been in a congregation of over a 1000 people. I think I can get my head round watching someone on tv preaching but what happens with the Lord's Supper? Does someone break the bread on the screen and then the elements are transported from the main site by courier, or are the elements broken and poured out on camera and somehow miraculously come out from behind the screen. How does it work? I'm sure someone must have thought it through.
