A group of Polish Reformed believers are raising funds to translate Machen's important little book, Christianity and Liberalism, into Polish. Anyone interested in helping with this project can find out how at this link to the Tolle Lege Insitute.
The book didn't sell more than 30 million copies and Machen was not trained by Dr. Yip, so he was never able to shepherd a church of 4, 405, 000 in a John 10:11-16 kind of fashion. But he understood the importance of the Nicene doctrine of the Trinity, knew liberalism when he saw it; and also had an acute sense of when the wider secular culture was perverting the nature of the church's life and testimony. C and L is a book which is prophetic for the church today as when it was first written.
