Ross Douthat has posted a thoughtful article on America's paradoxical attitude toward the unborn.

"This is the paradox of America’s unborn. No life is so desperately sought after, so hungrily desired, so carefully nurtured. And yet no life is so legally unprotected, and so frequently destroyed."

I continue to be astonished at the moral blindness of the politicians and activists who protect and defend this detestable practice. I am just as astonished by the Christians who prop them up.
