MOS coming to Philly
If you are going to be anywhere near Philadelphia on October 21 and 22 plan on attending the annual Preaching Conference at Westminster Seminary. The theme this year is “Essentials of Biblical Exposition.” Dr. R Kent Hughes will be the featured speaker. Dr. Hughes is an outstanding preacher with a proven track record as the faithful pastor for many years of College Church in Wheaton, Ill.
As an added bonus this year, I will be appearing during an afternoon panel discussion with Dr. Hughes. Carl and Aimee begged to come along and I didn’t have the heart to turn them down so long as they fetch my snacks.
