The Soul of Longshanks Speaks
March 21, 2009
I will take Carl's gratuitous appeal to Prov. 26:4 as a concession of defeat to my unimpeachable visual evidence. (I didn't think such pitiful argumentation qualified for scholarship in England.) Moreover, since our friends Ligon (South Carolina Scotsman) and Derek (Welsh) are preoccupied at the Ligonier National Conference, let me remind old Longshanks Trueman that his bonny England hopes to regain the Calcutta Cup, which tonight remains safely nestled in Scottish hands. Lastly, having seen the end of Brave Heart, I know that all Englishmen are the illegitimate children of William Wallace anyway.
