R.C. Sproul and Van Halen
We'll be praying for you Steve. You can take solace in the fact that I have already missed more deadlines and driven more editors to drink than you ever will (not because I'm more prolific, but because you are more responsible!).

Now what follows is true, and (as the sun rises in Britain) I send it out to Carl, who has never been named in the album credits of a major rock band. But R.C. Sproul has! Jump back.
It seems that there has been something of an urban legend that R.C. is thanked in the credits of Van Halen 3. Well, it turns out that it's true. This was after Roth and Hagar. Gary Cherone (from Extreme) was with them singing for 3 or 4 years. He is apparently into R.C. He now has a couple of bands, Tribe of Judah and Hurtsmile.
