Nein!   I disagree with the connection Phil makes between hymn singing (which he sets in qualified opposition on this point to psalmody) and Trinitarianism. Those poor psalm singers – not only are they being blame for the division between Scottish confessional Presbyterianism and the mainline church; now, they are implicitly guilty of weakening Trinitarian worship.
