Alaskan Reformation
October 10, 2006
Bob Brady -- who serves as Executive Vice President for the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals -- tells me that the Reformation Society in Alaska recently had a very encouraging first meeting. One of the visitors was a high school student who has been planning to become a pilot and hoping to attend one of the service academies. Apparently he is now thinking about going to seminary and preparing for gospel ministry. He said, "Dad, you know, this was like algebra. Most kids just learn it by rote, and get by, but I just can't learn it that way. I can't learn algebra unless I know the principles behind it. Those guys know the principles! Maybe seminary is in my future, too."
