Making the most out of a long drive

I drove to Cleveland, Ohio. That’s a pretty long haul. Actually I really do enjoy road trips. I am in town for the Basics Conference at Parkside Church. I come to this conference for pastors every May. It is a wonderful time. I always find my soul revived a bit during these days. On my way I was able to listen to some great teaching on CD. I was particularly blessed by the messages from the 2006 Ligonier Conference. The theme was “The Cross of Christ” and featured messages by R.C. Sproul, Ligon Duncan, Derek Thomas, and Al Mohler. Outstanding!
